Welcome to Accord. By accessing our website, booking a vehicle, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any rental.
To rent a vehicle from Accord, the renter must hold a valid Qatar driving license or an approved international driving license, meet the minimum age requirement specified at the time of booking, provide valid identification such as a QID or passport, and provide a valid payment method. Accord reserves the right to refuse rental services if these eligibility requirements are not met.
The rental period begins at the time the vehicle is handed over to the renter and ends when the vehicle is returned to Accord. Late returns may result in additional charges, early returns do not automatically qualify for refunds unless explicitly stated, and any rental extensions are subject to vehicle availability and approval by Accord.
The rented vehicle must be used only for personal or authorized purposes and driven solely by the approved driver or drivers listed in the rental agreement. The vehicle must not be used for racing, off-road driving, or any illegal activities, and may not be driven outside the State of Qatar without prior written approval from Accord. The renter is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is operated in full compliance with all applicable traffic laws and regulations.
Rental charges include the agreed rental fee and may also include additional charges such as fuel costs if the vehicle is not returned with the agreed fuel level, traffic fines, salik or toll charges where applicable, damage, cleaning, or repair costs beyond normal wear and tear, and late return penalties. All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed payment terms.
A security deposit may be required at the time of rental and may be used to cover traffic violations, vehicle damage, or any outstanding charges incurred during the rental period. The security deposit will be refunded after the vehicle is returned, subject to vehicle inspection and settlement of any outstanding amounts.
The renter is responsible for inspecting the vehicle at the time of pickup and reporting any existing damage to Accord. Failure to report damage may result in the renter being held responsible. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear.
All vehicles are provided with basic insurance coverage as required by law. The renter is liable for any damages not covered by the insurance policy, and insurance coverage may become void in cases of misuse, negligence, or violation of traffic laws. Additional insurance coverage may be available upon request, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
The renter is fully responsible for all traffic violations, fines, penalties, and legal consequences incurred during the rental period. Accord reserves the right to charge the renter for any fines or related administrative fees.
In the event of an accident or vehicle breakdown, the renter must inform Accord immediately and obtain a police report where required by law. The renter must not authorize any repairs without prior approval from Accord. Failure to follow these procedures may result in the renter being held fully liable for any damages.
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the selected rental plan, and any applicable refunds will be processed in accordance with Accord’s Refund & Cancellation Policy. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in additional charges.
Accord reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement without prior notice if the terms and conditions are violated, the vehicle is misused, or false or misleading information is provided. In such cases, the vehicle must be returned immediately, and no refunds will be issued.
Accord shall not be held liable for any personal belongings left in the vehicle, delays caused by mechanical issues, traffic conditions, or other external factors, or for any indirect or consequential losses incurred by the renter.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from the use of Accord’s services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
Accord reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on our website.
